After you finish the payment you can't cancel your order,because the credit card gateway will charge us 10% on your payment.

1. Upon receipt of your purchase you will have 3 days check the quality. Return/exchange are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged when receive. If the items do not fit,exchange need pay some money,so please make sure choose right size.

2.Before the return of any merchandise you must first call or email to get authorization and return shipping instructions.Please follow these steps to return your jewelry item(s):

(1). Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.(ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address )

(2).Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.

(3).We will send you an email with a return code. The package you send to us should have this code enclosed. The item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired should be sent to the address we will provide you with.The return shipping costs are your responsibility.

(4)For every refund,a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.And the shipping fee can't be returned.

(5)Credit card refunds will be made by crediting the original account number used for the purchase.(there need transfer several banks this way cost 4-6work weeks arrive your account.)
